We went to the grand reopening and got the special bowl of the day. The three of us did not find it to be very flavorful. We might try another flavor next time, if we go back.

I have been coming to Sol Bowl since it has opened. They are not cheap, but they are delicous and used to be filled to the lid. While I have enjoyed their Acai bowls the most of anywhere in Lancaster, they have gotten more expensive - it seems the portions have gotten smaller. I usually order the super sized because that what it takes to almost fulfil a meal - Coconut Acai Bowl with peanut butter for an extra $1.50, for a total of $18.50. The past two times I went in recent months, they were 3/4 full and the topping is almost non existent. The charm is still there, but the value is becoming disappointing. To future patrons that read this - just get a small one. I don't know who got fired for actually filling the bowls, but they need to bring that person back.

If you walk in and the only people working are the younger girls, brunette & redhead, literally just turn around and walk out the door. I've been a service worker my entire life and have never felt inclined to leave a negative review in my life. You will feel like a foreigner in your own country, or like a character from a Lovecraft story, facing forces beyond your comprehension that evade the nature of what you thought perception was founded in. You will find yourself engaged in an epistemic puzzle for the rest of your lifetime. Every form of incompetence was shown today. Save your sanity and go literally anywhere else.

A really nice healthy option on Rohrerstown Road. I love Açaí shops, but it seems a lot of shops don’t have much in variety. Not the case at SoBol. If you’re not feeling the granola and fruit, they have Belgian waffles and egg bites too. I got the Mango Pineapple bowl and it was a great meal before the gym. The fruit was super fresh and flavorful. Absolutely loaded with pineapple, mango, banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut and honey.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 months after recently moving to PA and I will say this is the BEST Bowls I have had so far . I’ve tried the Green bowl , Açaí bowl & the Spirulina bowl ! ALL 3 are AMAZING , very light , fresh & a good consistency ! . The fruit they use along with their granola mix really top the bowl off well! The lady’s behind the counter are always nice and efficient when making my order
